What do Speedometer and Odometer do, and how does Odometer calculated?
Speedometer, instrument that indicates the speed of a vehicle, usually combined with a device known as an odometer that records the distance traveled. Most odometers work by counting wheel rotations and assume that the distance traveled is the number of wheel rotations times the tire circumference.
